Wild Mane Hair is a private salon suite specializing in hair extensions, toppers, & hair color. We see guests by appointment only. In order to reserve and secure any prebooked appointments, a valid credit card must be kept on file. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for deposits or applicable services. However, the following cancellation and late arrival policies apply: Cancellation Policy I understand and agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 40% cancellation fee, automatically charged to the credit card on file. No-shows will result in a charge of 40% of the scheduled service total, and are subject to losing the ability to schedule future appointments. Late Arrival Policy If I arrive more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I understand that: My appointment may be subject to cancellation, and I may be charged a cancellation fee of 40% as outlined above. These policies are in place out of respect for the stylist's time and the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to other clients. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment, as the studio is a small space and additional guests make a cramped workspace for your stylist.

Cancellation Policy
